What I’ve seen over the past 12 months is the market changing back to what it looked like prior to COVID. The only difference is the salesmanship of some of the sales people selling cars today.
Some sales people have lost the ability to qualify the customer and complete a sales presentation based on the customers wants and needs. Asking the hard and awkward closing questions has become challenging.
This is because in most sales industries, training hasn’t been a priority with such a buoyant sales market over the past few years.
The COVID market softened our sales people and their techniques.
What this means is the untrained salesperson is wasting opportunity. A car sales lead is currently costing around $70 per lead. The salesperson only has to mismanage 10 leads in a week and that’s a loss of $700 just in lead generation.
Waste 50 leads in a month that’s a loss of $3500 just in advertising, what about the loss in gross profit from the cars that we didnt sell.

I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years in roles, as a salesperson, new and used car management roles, General Sales Manager and Director in Partnership. My 2-day trainee salesperson program is designed to take trainee salespeople with little to no experience through the sales processes of selling cars, both over the phone and through internet leads as well as closing walk in traffic. Giving them word tracks will not only build the salespersons confidence, but it will fast track them to start selling from day 1.

This program will take the trainee salespeople with little or no experience through the Road to a Sale process of selling cars. Covering phone and internet sales, as well as walk in traffic. Completeing this training will not only build the salesperson’s confidence, it will fast track them to start selling from day one.
